The dealings I have had with my dentist has been brilliant brilliant treatment, patient and nothing too much trouble to make sure things are right. I just wish I could praise the appointment system the same. I made an appointment for my son at reception and was given January which wasn't an issue until I was told it was 2024 ... over a year to get a dentist appointment I thought was ridiculous so when I went in to see the dentist for myself I told her I had made an appointment for my son however it wasn't until 2024 my dentist couldn't believe it and immediately went onto their system cancelled that appointment and gave me one for the next day ... why couldn't reception have done that?? This reason is the only reason I probably would not recommend any of my family to join mydentist practise of they could find another dentist to get them a quicker appointment that over a year.

All staff were considerate and friendly. The dentist was caring and very professional. I felt comfortable throughout my visit.

Reception staff are always very polite and friendly. Once in the surgery, my dentist and dental nurse are again, always polite, well-mannered and clear in what they are doing and share every aspect. I also like how I always see the same dentist and am not passed to whoever is in on my particular day! This is a huge bonus!
