    Only interested in private customers, make appointments and wait 6 months to a year for dentist to cancel them at the last minute, then start the 6 months wait again. This occurred pre lockdown regularly too. Such a shame as the dentist is very good. But the company don't care. I am in so much pain I am considering taking out my own tooth with pliers. If you are an BHS customer go elsewhere if possible.

    Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry for any inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, as this practice is already at maximum capacity for NHS patients, they are currently unable to offer you an NHS place. In some practices where we have no NHS appointment capacity, we do have alternative private options for patients to access dentistry, outside of the practices NHS contractual obligations.     The reception staff are friendly and efficient...The dentist and dental nurse are great putting you at ease and are great at their jobs...

    My experience at My Dentist is always a pleasant one The staff on reception are very welcoming and polite the dental nurses are also make you feel at ease and my Dentist herself I couldn't ask for any more she always goes above and beyond yo make sure the visit goes to plan and she is also very patient and understanding

    The dealings I have had with my dentist has been brilliant brilliant treatment, patient and nothing too much trouble to make sure things are right. I just wish I could praise the appointment system the same. I made an appointment for my son at reception and was given January which wasn't an issue until I was told it was 2024 ... over a year to get a dentist appointment I thought was ridiculous so when I went in to see the dentist for myself I told her I had made an appointment for my son however it wasn't until 2024 my dentist couldn't believe it and immediately went onto their system cancelled that appointment and gave me one for the next day ... why couldn't reception have done that?? This reason is the only reason I probably would not recommend any of my family to join mydentist practise of they could find another dentist to get them a quicker appointment that over a year.
