    Dentists great, young pregnant receptionist needs to go for further customer care training, because of her and her inability to listen to my problem before I finally got treatment I had to have a 7 day course of anti-biotechs. I also think I was overcharged, £145 for one tooth extraction, £290 for second - both only took 20 minutes

    I have put off going to a dentist for too long. This practice accepted me and although i need around four visits it has been a good experience. Faultless service, reception, dentist, dental nurse, thank you all. Today I had some filling work and it was pain free, what was happening was well explained, my comfort checked on a regular basis and I left with such gratitude I have come away and wrote this review.

    Very kind and gentle Dentist, highly skilled and knowledgeable. You hygienist is also very professional with excellent personal skills. It would be very beneficial if you could offer more specialised treatments in Kings Lynn as currently, I have got to go to Norwich for some treatment - this is 50 miles away from Kings Lynn.

    Professional and friendly. Saw me quickly with a troublesome tooth and gave me a temporary fix. Completed treatment a few days later.

    practice is so good no problem at all with. but reception team and operator need to be more care of customers need to be flexible . they work in health place not a super market ..they do NHS job not commercial job they need to take it easy give people chance to come to pay as they not give to people appointment very close .why they ask me my card details in phone call this is not good may be someone listen to that and use my account ..why not give me 12 hours to come pay myself is that crime or end of the world...i dont know?

    Very friendly practice very professional and reassuring. I am not the greatest of patience when it comes to dentist and doctors but felt very reassured and calm even had the fillings done without anaesthetic and did not suffer at all very highly recommended

    Having been taken over by MyDentist it appears the group have dropped all nhs patients across the lot, having assured me in writing thay would not. They then lie about their subsidised private treatment being "the same" but it is very expensive for treatments and once you go private there is no turning back! They should take nhs off their signage.

Your dentist has taken the decision to no longer offer dental services on the NHS. Where routine NHS provision is not currently available, your practice will be able to offer alternative private options.     I had to see a dentist for an urgent check up as I have to have Zoledronic acid infusions once a month. The dentist who treated me was very kind and helpful and I have made an appointment for another check up in July. The receptionist was also very pleasant and welcoming. Although I have now gone private it was also the first dentist who would take me on and I did not have to wait too long to see them.
