My recent experience with the receptionist at My Dentist Billinge left me utterly appalled and deeply disappointed. I reached out to the practice to inquire about my registration status and express concerns regarding an appointment, but instead of receiving the basic courtesy and professionalism one would expect from a healthcare facility, I was met with rudeness, dismissiveness, and a complete lack of empathy. Despite my calm demeanor and clear articulation of my concerns, the receptionist terminated the call abruptly when I expressed dissatisfaction with her attitude. Upon calling back to seek clarification and make a formal complaint, I was met with further disrespect and unprofessionalism, I was told to complain to head office and to google the number and she then put the phone down again. What truly shocks and disgusts me is that this appalling behavior occurred during an incredibly sensitive time for me, as I am currently experiencing the loss of my baby and suffering a miscarriage. Instead of offering support or understanding, the receptionist chose to exacerbate my distress with her callous demeanor. It is unacceptable that such behavior was displayed by a representative of My Dentist, Billinge, especially considering that I conducted myself in a respectful and composed manner throughout our interaction. I have never been one to resort to rudeness or aggression, and I find it utterly disgraceful that I was treated in such a manner. Furthermore, I had witnesses to the call who can attest to the poor service and treatment I received. This experience has left me deeply upset and disillusioned with the practice, and I would caution anyone seeking dental care to reconsider patronizing a facility that condones such behavior from its staff. In conclusion, my encounter with the receptionist at the practice was nothing short of a nightmare. I sincerely hope that management takes swift and appropriate action to address this issue and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. Avoid My Dentist Billinge at all costs if you value basic human decency and respect in your interactions with healthcare providers.

Both site & building signing says open yet cannot answer the phone at 9am when receptionist said previous day to ring at 9am for emergency appointment. Rang till 9.30 not one answer. Went down at 12am, door is locked no response from doorbell or phone still. Will be transferring to another dentist.

On corresponding with the Practice Manager we have established there was an issue with the phone lines between 9 & 10am for which we apologise, we are unsure as to what happened when you came to the practice as the door to the surgery was open.
