I am so disappointed to have my appointment once more cancelled on the same day. This is the 3rd time this year! It's very frustrating when you take time from work which you don't get back. It's ok for the dentist to charge you a cancellation fee but what about when they cancel at such short notice?!!!!

Hadn’t been to the dentist for a while and was impressed with the friendliness of the reception staff, the punctuality of my appointment, the ease of booking and the friendliness and kindness of the dentist.

Waiting room not busy and was seen by dentist before appointment time so no long wait. She was very friendly and calm, giving good advice and suggesting a further appointment in 9 months time.

Genuinely like going to the Dentist just because they make it such a nice experience! Friendly faces and the most gentle Dentist I have ever had, always puts me completely at ease. The assistant is super friendly, as are the reception team.
