After our appointment had been cancelled four times in a row by the practice, we eventually came in for our appointment this weekend. The dentist is so welcoming and as a caring nature. He helps to make the children feel calm and is positive about their oral health. The dentist offers informative advice and puts patients at ease. A fantastic dentist. Also the receptionist was lovely too.

I've had a couple of visits to School lane Dentist and received excellent work, the particular Dentist made me feel at ease during treatment & worked non stop as both treatments I sat in chair a good hour or more.

it has now been well over 2 years since i saw a dentist, i made a polite complaint last year and the "New" practice manager promised me an appointment by September 2022 - still waiting!! all previously arranged appointments have been cancelled by the practice hence now nearly 3 years since i have been seen and i have problems that need to be resolved as i am currently in pain - albeit mild, but this will only get worse the longer we go on. I do not believe it is fair on patience to go nearly 3 years without getting a routine appointment!!
