    I had appointment and i went on filling my temporary filling i was made to pay then told by receptionist i was no longer a patient there. There is no valid reason behind this as i was told i have to wait now to see if i would be taken on which i dont get as this has been my dentist for a long time then told i will have to go private when im already nhs patient with them they took my money and kicked me out with no vaild reason stay away from this dentist

    Dear Patient Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry for any inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, as this practice is already at maximum capacity for NHS patients, they are currently unable to offer you an NHS place. In some practices where we have no NHS appointment capacity, we do have alternative private options for patients to access dentistry, outside of the practices NHS contractual obligations.     Very friendly staff who understands what your needs are.had to ring to change the appointment and staff dealt with to rearrange to my suitable time
