My daughter was cancelled twice with this dentist unfortunately. On the second time of cancelling the dentist had called in sick, unfortunately reception took their time in telling me, and didn’t let me know until 2pm in the afternoon when her appointment was at 15:20hrs. I had to mess her school around. I can’t understand if the dentist phoned in sick for the day, why did it take so long to let me know. Even if he’d called in at lunch-time (which seems odd) it still took them hours to let us know.

My husband and I were delighted with the service and attention we received by all members of staff. Hopefully we will be using this practice in the future as we were most impressed.

I have never had any issues with the practice and they always go above and beyond to help. I can honestly say I highly recommend this place.

I have no hesitation in recommending St Leonard’s practice. I was terrified of dentists until I found them but each visit gives me a little more peace and confidence that it will turn out ok. They are professional and caring, customer service at its best.
