For some ridiculous reason this dentist is asking for a £20 deposit for your next appointment to see the hygienist. Very disappointing. Especially when I have never missed an appointment in the past.

I am sorry to hear your concerns regarding our upfront payment policy. This policy has been standard practice at {my}dentist for a few years now so I can only apologise if this is the first time this has been applied to yourself. The policy was introduced as it was becoming very evident across the business, that patients, who were booking and then cancelling appointments with no notice, or just not turning up for their appointments, were having a negative effect on our practices. Both in terms of the unfilled surgery time that went to waste and the financial impact these missed appointments have on our clinicians and our business. As a nervous patient I needed alot of work doing on my teeth after 3 sessions I'm finally able to smile best dentist I've ever used they were amazing and now booked on for check ups so happy very polite and professional from start to finish

Excellent service across all areas of the practice, from the Reception Desk through to Matthew the dentist. Able to get appointments relatively quickly and offer a very professional service!!

Such a good dentist, helpful, polite and good with the children who were a bit nervous. The building was clean, modern and in a good location.

My experience from reception to surgery could not have been better. Was treated with respect and a friendly, professional approach by every staff member. Everything was explained to me, treatment was friendly and professional, all the public areas were clean and welcoming. An excellent service.
