So sorry but I would never use this practice again. I was made to feel that I was the only person ever to be a little 'scared' of dentists. I went in the hope that my tooth would be sorted - instead - I was unable to have x-rays in my mouth - had to have the more expensive xray. The dentist even asked if I could ever endure treatment. I left feeling very sad and with a huge estimate of how much it would cost me for lots of work to be done by the dentist. Sorry Sunderland Road, I felt trerribly let down.

All the staff are very plesent, and easy to talk to and very helpful. I personally have never had any problems with any of the staff as they are all very nice people at the practice

From going in to coming out I was treated really wonderfully and the Dentist and the assistant are the best you can not get that service it just does not happen in our days but the two of them are the best what a team best ever

From ringing up the receptionists to visiting dentist everyone was top class... I'm not the easiest at getting treatment but I persevere. I cannot praise this surgery enough for the excellent customer care....

Lovely dentist, pleasant, nothing to much trouble, felt relaxed which is good. Husband agrees had wisdom tooth out couple of repairs, easy.

I received excellent treatment when visiting this dental surgery, dentist and staff could not have been more attentive and service was first class. I would recommend this practice.

Been with this practice for years. Recently been for check up and X-rays. The staff are very professional and helpful. As usual I didn’t wait too long and received excellent care. Everyone here is helping to providing a very necessary service to the NHS. Well Done!

The dentist made my 6 year old daughter feel so welcome and comfortable during her appointment.....the reception staff also made her feel brave by letting her choose stickers to take away....my daughter no longer fears the dentist
