My daughter (11) had to have 2 fillings today and was anxious. Her dentist was annalisa and I can't praise her and the second person on the room. They made my daughter feel at ease, kept reasuring her, explained the whole process to her from start to finish and what she could expect to feel or hear. Lovely people

I’ve been with this dentist for years now and they have never failed. I have anxiety with dentists but the entire practice, reception, dental nurses and dentists, hygienists are second to none. Very empathic and thorough at their job. I wouldn’t use another practice, I have in the past and the comparison is huge. Deeply understanding of mental health and do an excellent job of making you feel at ease. I recommend this practice to everyone, the best practice in Sunderland. Very happy with their treatments, always excellent work and they are very much appreciated.

When I got there the receptionist made me aware that he was running a little late. But I only waited about 10 minutes.
