    Came in may for an emergency appointment to have my tooth removed. Dentist did nkt want to do it. So still had to pay 80 for no reason. Told me to come for a NHS appointment and they will take it out. When I come in they told me because I’m not nhs pt they can’t do it even tho I’m entitled to free nhs dental care. For mat leave. Then I got referred me to Emerson green practise to be put under. They would not do it either. So now I’m left with a chipped tooth some of it being down To the gum. Because no one will take it out. Only other option is dental I also do not recommend this dentist poor communication.

    I have had so many appointments cancelled during the past 4 years for my son that I've lost count how many. Each time is a different excuse hours before the appointment time. I found this practise to be very unprofessional and obvious do not want nhs or private paying customers as I've tried both ways. Now I'm in a position where my son needs to be seen but I've lost trust in this practise completely. I feel sorry for the reception staff that have to keep doing the cancelling.

    Our appointments with this practice were cancelled many times in the past years. Months ago, my child had an appointment that was yet again cancelled by the practice. I managed to book again in a couple of months time but when we went there for the appointment, the door was locked. We knocked and knocked at the door and windows but no one answered. I called the reception and waited 17 minutes and 12 seconds, being no 1 in the queue. It was obvious that nobody was meant to answer. I left a message and asked to be called back but no one contacted me since then. It’s outrageous how the door is kept locked and phone is put on robot during working hours. My child has been left without treatment for much longer than it should have been. They should have at least be honest and say that nhs patients are no longer welcome and we would have found a place to go private and not waste precious time. Instead of looking after my child’s teeth health, they did the contrary. This is such unprofessional behaviour that potentially put my child’s oral health at risk.
