    I am very distressed to fined out that because of unfortunate circumstances eg husbands illness that because I had not been able to attend dentist that I was no longer a NHS patient unfortunately my husband needed 24/7care for the last two years and has only just passed away and when I rang today was told that I had to go private no letters or communication to inform me do not think that this is right

Due to our current NHS appointment available we are unfortunately not able to offer appointments to everyone who contacts the practice, and this can include patients who have previously attended.     Didn't like the way the way I was treated been left for 6 months with tooth infection they forgot to refere me and the way the lady spoke to me when was having treatment no respect I will never go back there
