I was on my way to my appointment and was about 2 minutes away when someone called me to cancel my appointment I feel this should have been done the day before not when I was literally on the doorstep

Dear Patient, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service provided to you by our practice and that your appointment was cancelled at late notice.
