   My mum has a phobia of both needle pain and dentists, with a very low pain threshold. She has various ailments and is 88 years old and needed to have 4 teeth extracted. In the end the consultant who reviewed her in the first place came to treat mum as she was in so much pain and very scared and he was simply wonderful. Compassionate, patient, caring and very efficient The nurses were also very, very kind and wonderfully sweet with mum, even coming back after their shift had ended to give mum another stitch when she started to bleed a little too much. I was touched and grateful for the exceptional service.
