My mum has a phobia of both needle pain and dentists, with a very low pain threshold. She has various ailments and is 88 years old and needed to have 4 teeth extracted. In the end the consultant who reviewed her in the first place came to treat mum as she was in so much pain and very scared and he was simply wonderful. Compassionate, patient, caring and very efficient The nurses were also very, very kind and wonderfully sweet with mum, even coming back after their shift had ended to give mum another stitch when she started to bleed a little too much. I was touched and grateful for the exceptional service.

I'd just like to thank once again the student dentist who has looked after me since I first came into the hospital. I'm not an easy case unfortunately, and due to my stomach issues and Anxiety its not easy for me to sit in the same space for any time. But she kept me as relaxed as possible, always making sure I was ok and explaining things through so I was aware of what was happening. She was super friendly and helpful, and went out of her way to make sure my experience was a good one. I unfortunately, due to worsening stomach and anxiety issues have had to stop going to the dental hospital, which I am truly gutted about and felt bad for her after the amount of time she has spent on this procedure. But please pass on this message since I cannot name them in this review, and I hope she smashes her degree as she will make a fantastic dentist wherever that may be!
