Your reception staff are welcoming and helpful However the orthodontist doesn’t really talk to the patient or me as a parent. Some feedback would be helpful and update on next steps

I’ve really enjoyed the whole experience, the member of staff was very nice and they made me feel relaxed and more confident as this was one of my first experience related to this treatment

Very friendly and helpfull staff making us feel co.fortable abd ecplained the procedure very well. .y won was very nervous but he got lits of suppprt and very calm perspnailiths of staff put him at ease. Very clean and tidy enviroment too thankyou

Staff who dealt with us was incredibly friendly and made my son feel at ease and valued. Our appointment was on time and we were in and out pretty quickly.
