All the staff are friendly and put you at ease whatever your procedure may be everything is explained in full and then carried out in a caring manner

When you actually get in to see the Dentist it is excellent but I am not sure some staff members are aware how loud and raucous they are and how much the waiting patients can hear

Everyone was friendly and really patient with my 3 year old. Its great that they put her at ease and spoke to her throughout. The dentist was lovely and gave clear, none judgemental advice.

I totally respect these girls on reception , they are friendly , helpful and always wear a smile , there customer service skills are excellent , just what every medical service should be like ,nice to see in this sad world today. Thankyou ladies keep up the good work ,,

The receptionist is lovely. Nothing is too much trouble. Everyone is very helpful. The Dentist was thorough and I didn’t feel rushed.

I received emergency treatment at Newtown Dental Centre for a cracked tooth within 24 hours of the incident. The receptionist tried her best to look for an appointment for me for the day the incident occurred but unfortunately this was just not possible at least she tried and i was not in any major discomfort. I have always found the staff here ( dentists, nurses and receptionists ) to be friendly, helpful and polite. The dentist who fixed my tooth was everything you would want in a dentist, calm, reassuring, gentle and informative. He explained everything to me and proceeded to repair my problem tooth, quickly and pain free. No more discomfort. I would be very happy and confident recommending Newtown Dental Centre to anybody that requires oral health management.

Everyone polite & Swift service, the dental nurse was very efficient along with the dentist that treated me for extraction today was fabulous. Lovely front reception team too. Thank you
