Reception team were very friendly and helpful didnt wait to long and the dentist and his assistant were very friendly and helpful over all a pleasant experience

Chipped my tooth six weeks ago. Had a temporary filling. Have to wait another maybe eight to nine weeks for the proper filling. As I'm not in pain. I feel so sorry for NHS dentists. Overworked and not enough funds. Short staffed too so dentist and nurse were covering reception. But still so caring. Our NHS funding ( or lack of it) is pushing practices to the limits.

Can’t get appointments for weeks and weeks there under staffed so don’t feel the care it’s there anymore and check up is not scale and polish anymore it with check with a probe and when u do get appointments that get cancelled or moved to weeks later! Very disappointing as I have been going this dentist for 30 years it’s a shame to see it like this !

Friendly helpful reception staff and the dentist was exceptional. She was very professional and took time to explain the action that she was taking and the reason.

Friendly, competant staff, as always. I initially felt somewhat embarrassed at presenting with my problem; my lower denture had become stuck between my teeth (This had never previously happened. I've never used fixative, nor do I ever chew anything sticky when my dentures are in). However, after quite a bit of manipulation, pushing and pulling, your lovely dentist finally managed to extricate the denture. No damage was done to the denture, teeth or gums. Thanks to the reassuring competancy and good humour of your staff member, I was able to leave the practice with a smile, and even had a laugh about the incident. Well done, and many thanks!

Lovely receptionist very helpful and understanding, the dentist was very knowledgeable and my treatment was pain free, I was made to feel at ease and was informed every step of the way to what would happen next would definitely recommend Newtown Dental Surgery to friends and family

Friendly helpful receptionist who listened to me and arranged an immediate appointment. The dentist conducted a thorough examination, explained the problem, prescribed painkillers and provided me with options to address the cause of the pain.
