  1. Review titled An efficient practice.

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Jerry Harrington - Posted on 25 October 2024

I recently undertook a teeth whitening programme. I was previously self conscious about my teeth due to the damage caused by years of smoking. It has been a success and changed my life for the better. The work was carried out by my Dentist and his Assistant. They were both highly professional and pleasant throughout. I recommend this practice to anyone.

  2. Review titled Incredible dentist

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I recently had crowns on my front two teeth due to breaking them a few years ago. Both front teeth were discoloured dark blue. I had a course of whitening (not NHS funding) and two crowns placed on my front two teeth. My dentist advised and recommended on which treatment options were available and would be best for my teeth - and they now look perfect! I’m so so happy with my new smile and the dentist and everyone else working in the practice was super welcoming and helpful throughout my whole course of treatment. Literally could not be happier with this service or the results!!

I was seen immediately, tooth out, pain gone. Clear advice from the dentist, and his lovely assistant. Put at ease, I was looked after well!

  4. Review titled Honestly the best dental service imaginable

Rated 5 stars out of 5

If you suffer from anxiety, ask for catherine!! (Hope ive spelt her name right) absolutely amazing lady, she made me feel so comfortable, talked me through everything just the right amount (not too 'gentley gentley' but straight to the point in the nicest way). My teeth were terrible due to health issues and i needed fillings in front teeth, and theyve been done so professionally, its impossible to tell ive had them done to the untrained eye. Ive been terrified to have it done for literal years, but catherine was so quick and so judgement free, ive never felt so comfortable at the dentist. This has had a genuine positive affect on my day to day life. I can eat properly for the first time in over a year. I can smile for the first time in over 5 years without feeling self conscious. Cant forget the fabulous assisting nurses who were so gentle, so caring and really made me feel comfortable too. No idea what problems people have had with the secretaries, ive always had friendly and professional service from them, especially the lady with short reddish hair,(apologies i dont know her name) but when ive had to rearrange appointments or had to book in whilst having a full blown anxiety attack she's always been so lovely. I really cant praise these caring, wonderful, conscientious ladies, genuinely thankyou so much!

My recent course of treatment was dealt with information and advice that enabled me to make a decision regarding a recent problem with an existing bridge. Great service from my particular dentist and his dental nurse.

  9. Review titled Unorganised

Rated 2 stars out of 5

by Tayla Lupton - Posted on 04 April 2024

My Aunty called this practice a couple weeks ago to talk about her extreme anxiety around her teeth and the affects she has when around people or in public areas. She was booked an appointment for 4th April 2024 at 2pm. We arrived 5 mins earlier and filled out the appropriate forms making the receptionist aware the appointment was for 2pm ( she has plenty of time to inform us there was someone in the room with the dental practitioner and another would be going in after ) she did not do this until we sat down and realised it was 14.10. Now it is 14.33 and we have been given no new updates, the second person who was meant to go in hasn’t gone in and is still waiting, this patient had arrived before us so she has been here a while. When my Aunty has booked this appointment she made the staff very aware of her concerns surrounding coming in they seemed accommodating at the time however since arriving here and waiting so far 35 minutes for my Aunty’s 14:00pm appointment. The practice is now filled with people and my Aunty is now wanting to leave because of the pressure she is feeling since more people have arrived. This is really unorganised, inconsiderate & time consuming, it’s uneasy on my Aunty as she suffers with terrible depression and this appointment she was dreading that’s why I’m accompanying her. She tried to mentally prepare herself and that’s all gone out of the window. We have spoken to the lady that was here before us. She had an appointment at 13.15 and she is still here at 14.39 with a new born baby! We have now found out only one dentist is working today so why wasn’t patients informed of this potential delay. Something needs to change.

  10. Review titled Emergency appointment

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Sarah - Posted on 02 May 2024

I contacted my dentist at around 9am to request an emergency appointment I had pain and swelling around my wisdom teeth and was struggling to open my jaw, I received a call back at 11am to be seen at 1pm that day. I attended the appointment and was given great advice and received treatment and a prescription for antibiotics, everyone was so kind and I was so relieved to be seen so quickly, I now feel so much better, thank you x
