I'm extremely sorry we fell short on this occasion. Unfortunately as you are probably aware we are a very busy practice and although we do try our best to not keep patients waiting - sometimes this can be unavoidable. We try and book all our patients in pain in within 24 hours and this can sometimes result in longer wait times and for this we can only apologise. Please speak to reception if you feel your waiting time is longer than expected and they will be more than happy to check how long you may be delayed. Once again please accept our apologies. Took my wife for check up on previous work done 6 months ,ago she was very pleased with all staff ,and pleased with the check up was fine ,good news

Immaculately clean premises and covid compliant practice. Very professional staff. Dental surgeons give you great confidence. Excellent communication skills. Two recent visits, both totally pain free.
