I came with my son to support him.The dentist did not treat him with respect and was very abrupt .He did not refer him either although he has no top teeth.He pulled 2 teeth out in 5 minutes and would not pull the other on the right hand side said he would only do one side! My son was left distraught and let down by the NHS.He was not referred for dentures

Dentist chating upstair for half an hour not helping patince. half an hour later they were still chating upstairs. after the appoitmwnt time 30 minutes later they decided to come down and chat for further 15 minutes.

I went here with a badly infected tooth and broken i am petrified of dentist due to a traumatic visit to one but here i was made to feel at ease and was talkt threw everything the staff werr lovely and caring top dentist resumed my faith back in them thank you.

I have a dental phobia which was acknowledged as I entered the consultation, I was made to feel at ease quickly, and treatment provided at the right speed with explanation along the way. A Professional and caring dentist, I just wish they were all like this. Thank you for making a difficult day better

Went for an emergency appointment after 2 weeks of severe pain. Got in on time, staff were so friendly. Explained everything really clearly. Referred for urgent care. Felt listened to and cared for.

I was booked an emergency appointment due to an infected tooth that had caused swelling. Normally really nervous about the dentist and was absolutely dreading it but the Receptionist, Dental Nurse and Dentist all put me at ease which I was so grateful for. They were really informative and spent time explaining my options with regards next steps etc. Thank you Night Dental!

Always running late 30 mins late the first appointment 1 hour and 30 minutes late the second time Also argues with the patient, I even got the door shut in my face because I mentioned them being an hour and half late The receptionist (who is lovely no complaints against them) had to open the door and take me through.

I had a snapped tooth which needed extracting the dentist was very kind and patient as I was worried, he made me feel relaxed and told me not to worry would definitely recommend
