I was in excruciating pain and went to see this dentist. The dentist was incredibly rude and unsympathetic. The dentist complained that they were tired from their kids and wouldn't give any treatment other than antibiotics, telling me if I could afford a phone on contract I could afford treatment by a private dentist. Infact, my phone isn't on contract. Cannot recommend this dentist unless you're in agony and okay with being berated for making the dentist do their job.

I had a severe pain in my lower jaw's last tooth (wisdom tooth) due to cavity and had been unable to eat and sleep. I contacted nhs 111 help line on 4th june 2024. The lady advisor listened to me carefully and cheerfully and and dealt with dignity and honour. She booked my appointment for5th june 2024 at 10.20am at night dental, 3 gemini park, sheepscar way, ls7 3jb. I reached there at 10.00am. The receptions (1 gentleman and lady) welcomed me and immediately arranged my session with a Dentist and her aide promptly. She took x-ray and briefed me in detail about my tooth condition and proposed procedure. She prescribed antibiotics and advised me that she would refer me to surgeon due to complication. I was extremely happy and grateful to her and all staff on duty for their excellent care, support and decency.

Refused to see me for an emergency appointment because I was 1 minute over their late policy for appointment time due to getting my children out of car. The appointment was due to extreme pain. The dentist hid in his office and refused to speak to me. Another patient offered to swap appointment times with me but they refused and the staff became very argumentative and rude. Absolutely disgusting business.

After trying to get a NHS dentist for over 5 years, being told that the treatment I required would cost over £1200.00 (which I cannot afford) and then wouldn’t be guaranteed to work, being in constant pain and an abscess that kept bursting I finally called 111 and was referred here. The receptionist, dentist and dental nurse were absolutely amazing. I was in a state when I got there, never having a tooth extracted awake before. The dentist was very, very understanding and went at my pace, not rushing or pushing me to get on with it. The nurse was great and held my hand all the way through (even tho I’m 54!!!!), and the infected tooth was out before I knew it. I cannot thank you enough and last night was the best sleep I’ve had for ages!!! Thank you so so much.

I went today feeling anxious after I saw another dentist and the dentist didn’t listen to me at another appointment. The dentist I seen was very understanding and listened to me after I told him I was in pain, he made sure that I was as comfortable as possible and he managed to get the tooth extracted. Thank you for being so kind and understanding especially from someone who has a massive anxiety around the dentist.

Front the receptionist to the dental nurse aswell as the dentist treated with respect and was informed on everything. I had a few problems with my perception as the one I needed is no longer made but I called the dentist back and managed to sort it all out for me . Very happy with everything . I was more disappointed in the 111 call handler .

Great service from start to finish. The dentist I saw was amazing and friendly she really put my mind at ease. Not a big fan of dentists after witnessing my other half receive terrible treatment from an uncaring dentist when she was suffering enough. However, my faith has been truly restored after visiting here when I needed an extremely problematic tooth extraction. Thanks.

I contacted 111 for an emergency appointment due to constant pain in my wisdom teeth for over 2 weeks. Booked in for the next day, I was a bit hesitant due to some of the bad reviews. I’m not the most confident with dentists or anything to do with teeth, but the dentist was amazing. Explained everything to me and practically pain free. But all the staff were lovely, I’m so glad I managed to get this dentist. I had my impacted wisdom tooth with a huge hole in packed and dressed with a temporary filling to ease the pain until my referral to the hospital to have them removed. Can’t thank them enough, shame they aren’t taking on any patients. I’m now pain free finally after 2 weeks.

I attended Night Dental twice over the Christmas period after contacting 111. All staff were excellent, knowledge & very skilled. I really appreciate the help & care I recieved. Thank you.

Visited after trying for months to get a dentist. I suffer with a problem in which my teeth crumble and I have a huge fear of needles esspecially in my mouth. The dentist I saw was rude, patronising and very rough, they tryed to take xrays but while doing this dug the plastic film into the base of my mouth, told them it hurt and was basically scolded like a child and told it would be my own fault if the xrays wernt good. I was so angry, as a health professional myself this is not how I expect to be treated. it was humiliating to say the least.
