On time, sunday appointments are great , like text reminders , staff lovely and helpfull , local location and have nhs patients still not evreryones got the money for going private .

The dentist and nurse were lovely where everything is explained fully. They operate from a modern airy building. No complaints.

I was told to make appointment for 6 months no dates avalible so its in 8 months what if there a seriously problem . As well the dentisis i see is only doing sundays ?. This is not good.

Haven’t had an appt stay the same for the past 4 appointments. They text you repeatedly to ensure you understand you are under pain of death if you are late or cancel/re-arrange then without fail less than 24 hrs before your appt they call you to cancel and re-arrange sometimes months later! What confuses me is that the building is always deserted when I do finally get there! Very odd practice.

My dentist is very good, friendly and professional. I have reminders for my appointments. I have, this morning, called regarding a change of my appointment and I was told that I would receive a notification of my new appointment but it hasn’t arrived. I will call again to be sure but this is unusual.

My new dentist was delightfull . However my experience of having a private denture fitted then unable to make an appointment concerning the denture for nine months was disappointing.

The dentist made me feel very calm and relaxed. She did a fantastic job with my front tooth filling, very impressed. The receptionist was very friendly and professional, overall great experience
