I was in the Alloa Trent 2 minutes, only to be told I had to attend a hygienist. This is the fourth time I’ve been asked to go in five appointment. I can’t afford this anymore and had to refuse appointment to go.

Receptionists helpful and friendly. Our dentist let us know exactly what was what with regards to treatment and costs so we could make an informed decision.

I was kept waiting for 35 minutes after my appointment time, with no explanation. After this time I went to the desk to ask if I’d been forgotten, but apparently my dentist had had to fit in an emergency extraction. This obviously happens, but they could have come to speak to me, not just left me waiting. However, when I did see the actual dentist (one I was seeing for the first time) she was lovely and very competent and made me feel relaxed and confident about my dental care.

The professionalism of the Dentist, I was very confident I was in excellent hands. Very thorough asked lots of appropriate questions. Explained possibilities of problems if my tooth was not completely removed. He explained everything, excellent care and treatment

I was as usual a bit apprehensive but the dentist explained everything . She was very thorough and gave me useful advice (And it didn't hurt a bit)

Staff were very friendly, helpful and patient. I needed an emergency appointment and was fitted in within the hour, seen straight away and a treatment plan sorted! Couldnt of asked for better

I was very surprised to get an appointment on the 3rd day after my telephone enquiry. I was also surprised to be leaving the surgery BEFORE my appointment was even due to start; it pays to arrive early! The ladies (dentist & assistant) were both friendly, helpful and efficient. Both Sally Assistance Hound and I were made to feel very welcome. I highly recommend this dentist and surgery!

Family appt. with a five yr old. Friendly, helpful staff front of house. Excellent dentist inspires confidence, & carefully explained our options and suggestions. No hard sell, just great professional service.

The long wait for a receptionist, the late appointment when nobody else was in the practice, and listening to a loud conversation between the staff about the work rota while I waited

Efficiency of all staff. Politeness of front staff. Dentist was brilliant, explained the treatment he had done and all he was going to do for me in the near future.
