Competence of all staff with a very welcoming smile. The decor is modern and calming. Quality guidance and explanations are easy to understand and communicated with an assured and relaxed manner. Highly recommended.

The dentist who saw me is very nice and professional. I would see her again without hesitation. The receptionists are more polite and professional than those in the past.

The dentist seemed to be advising treatment that was completely unnecessary....4 advisable not essential fillings and a mouth guard all of which were not advised by the previous dentist a few months before and completely unrelated to the problem that I had checked in with which needed no treatment. I decided to wait for a follow up appointment when my usual dentist returns to the practice. The Reception staff were amazing and the score is not reflective of them as they were welcoming, polite and very accommodating.

Receptionist was friendly and helpful, dental nurse and dentist both really kind and pleasant. Only downside was a 25 minute wait!

The Dentist is lovely very understanding and kind. I have nothing but praise for the dental side. The administration leaves a lot to be desired.

I had trouble recently trying to find out the date of my son’s appointment and the older lady on reception was spouting client confidentiality. She was doing it again today to someone on the phone. We don’t want access to bank accounts just a date and time. What on earth can you do with a date and time ? Also I had to drive onto the surgery to speak about This as the phone was not being answered. Another patient today had called into the clinic as she could not get through on the phone either.

I spent an hour on the phone to NHS finding help, they referred me here as the were listed as taking on NHS urgent appointments, truth is they are Not taking on Urgent NHS Appointments, and cant help unless you're prepared to pay out of your own pocket, then they can help immediately.
