My appointment was 10.45 am unfortunately they were running 16/20 minutes late. However I had to wait nearly 40 minutes to see the dentist. Apology accepted, had a couple of X-rays and booked a new appointment for a free filling, as inside 12 months. Also booked and paid £25 deposit to see the hygienist- which seemed quite expensive.

Excellent services, as a patient I have been coming here for more than 10 years and the service overall is faultless. They also have great basic awareness especially when I am Deaf.

Great service from the receptionist team. Got seen straight away for my appointment time. My dentist was very informative with advice on my dental hygiene. Every one at the practice was very helpful and friendly.

Their was more staff on reception than patients, the person who checked me in didn’t make me feel welcomed. The dentist and assistant did a very good and professional job.

The reason this wasn't 5 srars was the fact my appointment was for 10.00 am but I didn't get into the surgery until after 10.15.

Called me at 9:00 and my appointment was at 10:15. Rearranged until 15:15 and I didn’t get seen until 16:15. Very poor.
