Nice friendly staff... my appointment was delayed and I was kept fully informed as to why. The surgery has a nice welcoming feel ?

Not for the first time I’ve had an early morning appt (9am) and been subject to a long delay when you take into account you only opened at 8.30am. There was no communication from staff to say they were running late or to apologise for the delay. I cannot fault the dentist once I was seen though.

Everything was good, it was good to be able to get an appointment on a Saturday, it'll be really helpful if this becomes permanent. Staff were professional and helpful.

Reception and dentist couldnt have been more helpful. I only telephoned this morning and have already had an appointment - couldnt possibly improve on that - really grateful.

I had to wait 25 mins after my appointment time before I was seen, I wasn’t happy and only got told by the receptionist when I eventually asked that the dentist was running late.
