The dentist was very explanatory in regarding the current health of my teeth and what I need to improve. His assistant was also very pleasant and helpfully. Enjoyable experience overall

It was my first time with the hygienist and she made the whole procedure manageable. She explained the process, and checked I was ok at regular intervals.

Absolutely delightful dentist, she knows me well and discusses treatment options and suggestions. Lovely dental nurse too. Reception staff are great

All was good. Had to wait a short while before seeing the dentist. Was told about this as soon as I walked in which was a nice thought. No complaints.

The thing that stood out the most is the care for me as a patient and I wasn't rushed out of the practice for other appointments, i had a tooth out and the dentist wouldn't let me leave until she was sure the bleeding had stopped and i was ok.

Unfortunately, there was a delay but I found the surgery to be clean and organised. The music being played (electronic something) in reception was not conducive to a calm atmosphere in a dentists waiting room. I did mention this at the time. Also, I cannot understand why every patient is not given a full scale and polish when attending for a checkup as designated in the price list for Stage 1 payment.
