I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience at Norwood Dental Surgery, and I feel compelled to warn others before they consider booking an appointment here. 1. Lack of Proper Communication After booking my appointment, I never received a confirmation text. This is a basic service that most clinics provide, ensuring patients are reminded of their appointments. Because of this, I had to double-check my booking myself, which was an unnecessary inconvenience. 2. Unprofessional & Disrespectful Staff The staff were not only unprofessional but also made me feel unwelcome. Their dismissive attitude and lack of basic courtesy were shocking. Instead of showing care and concern, they seemed uninterested and unbothered by the patients' needs. 3. Racially Insensitive Behaviour Perhaps the most upsetting aspect of my experience was the way I was treated in comparison to other patients. I couldn’t help but notice a difference in attitude and service towards me versus other individuals in the waiting area. The behaviour of the staff made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected, which is completely unacceptable in any professional environment, let alone a healthcare setting where patients should feel safe and cared for. Final Thoughts I would never recommend Norwood Dental Surgery to anyone. Professionalism, respect, and proper patient care should be the foundation of any dental practice, yet this clinic lacks all three. If you value your time, dignity, and overall experience, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for dental care.
