Prompt appointment and very thorough. Advised of an issue and given some options to try before having to spend more money on further treatment.

Always a pleasure to visit this dental practice ! The clerical staff are always kind and considerate and the dental practitioners and their assistants are Excellent! I have never had a bad experience at this practice!! Well done you good people!

Great reception staff, first time with new hygienist and she was informative did a good clean.As a nervous client the whole visit was very good..

I was given all the information very professionally done giving confidence all the time through. I felt completely relaxed with the extractions I was about to have!!!

Treatment was excellent but think appointment waiting times are ridiculous as it used to be every 6 months my next checkup is 15 months away

30mins late no apology given The waiting area not very welcoming. 6 monthly check no longer an option I was given my next check in 2025.

Dear Anonymous, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear on this occasion you were not seen on time and that you were not kept informed of the delay. I am sorry you felt the waiting room was not welcoming. We have a large, bright waiting area, if you would like to make any suggestions on making the waiting area more welcoming please contact me directly. We currently have reduced availability for routine NHS appointments but we do have other options available if you would like to be seen in between your routine appointments.
