It’s always a nice reception area and you are made welcome in a professional manor. Appointment was perfectly on time. The dentist was excellent he gave me all the options for my particular situation, giving a full explanation for each.

Dentist explained everything about the procedure clearly. Took time to check I was OK throughout the procedure.

The hygienist was very friendly lovely lady, but waiting 45 mins after my appointment wasn't very good.

Just wish I could have got to see a dentist a lot sooner but if you have not got the dentists then the nhs has got a lot of work to do to put there trust in the people that need there service they should provide for

I am normally happy with my appointments but this time I went and I need root canal but they can't get me in for the treatment till February next year, unless I pay private and they can get me in sooner. I don't think this is fair as I can't afford private so therefore will have to wait with the pain till February. The practice used to be really good untill it started to go private and now it's all about private paying patient and getting them in before NHS as this brings them more money in, which is not very good for the patient like me that can't afford it

The appointment you were offered was the next available with your dentist. We do have private options with another dentist at the practice to offer patients the choice where they are unable to access NHS care. Whilst the hygienist was lovely and explained that I’d need to see a dentist. I did not have a great experience as I was informed that due to my appointment being cancelled earlier this month (which I’d booked 9 months previously) I was no longer registered as an nhs patient and my treatment options would be to wait or pay privately. Had I not been waiting 9 months to see a dentist in the first place then I wouldn’t have this issue.

Due to reduced NHS capacity if the dentist you were seeing has left or leaving we are unable to offer a routine NHS appointment at this time until we replace the dentist, we are asking patients to contact the practice regularly to see if we have replaced their NHS dentist.
