I am not very confident with dentists, however the patience and kindness shown to me this morning has restored my faith, l have treatments to follow my consultation none of which l am looking forward to, however l am sure the procedures will be carried out with great care and empathy.

The dentist was friendly and welcoming. A clean no longer offered as standard and even though there’s a large build up of plaque the dentist just advises to brush thoroughly

Friendliness Plaque should be removed when patients struggle to, we just keep getting told to clean our teeth. This includes children

I was attended to promptly and from the outset the dentist was enquiring about any dental problems I might have had which thankfully I was able to reassure her were not an issue at that time. The regular inspection then ensued and reassuringly both teeth and gums were found to be healthy.

He seems to be very good at looking after my teeth. It is worth the pain. I have sensitive teeth so even the motorised cleaning hurts. ShouldnItake paracetamol before visiting next time?
