Everything ran on time and all staff were polite and made me feel comfortable, which is important as I get nervous when there.

Going to the dentist isnt everyones cup of tea unless you have a good practice like Oak dental. I have been with Oak Dental for a number of years and find they are a great team that gives you confidence by explaining the procedure fully and giving you the service you would hope to get. Ive , had 4 extractions recently, quick and reasonably painless after care service is there should you need it. You cant get much better. Thank you team see you soon.

Friendly and helpful reception staff, and Communication is very good. The dental surgery staff are extremely efficient and fully explained the procedure and treatment.

Have been with this practice for many years, appointments are made to suit my preferences. Service is always excellent, and with the same dentist. Would highly recommend.

I had a tooth extracted which I was able to get a cancellation. The extraction took place on the first appointment with no fuss or pain.

I was referred here to have the root of my tooth taken out, as someone who is really anxious when it comes to dentist I was obviously very nervous having never been here. I was in and out within 20 minutes the staff weee lovely and very reassuring!

considering someone's messing about with your teeth, its probably not the best thing to look forward too, but they in my experience are probably good at making you feel a little easy and get the job done ASAP so one can get on with their day

I needed an emergency appointment but was no longer registered with this practice due to the time that had elapsed since my last visit. Whilst calling other surgeries the receptionist called me to say they’d had a cancellation and could see me that day. The dentist was amazing and booked me in for a extraction which was also professional and painless.

I’m always seen on time, and this begins with a warm welcome. The waiting area is comfortable and spacious. My dentist is excellent - she has a lovely warm, caring manner and puts me at ease straight away. She is very thorough and diligent with the fact finding part and explains all steps very well. I believe I receive first class treatment that is value for money. I’d like to see the removal of the Perspex screens erected at Reception during the Pandemic, as these create what is hopefully now an unnecessary barrier.
