Dentist is cheerful and friendly. Listens to any issues and makes me feel comfortable about my treatment. Costs are reasonable and fair. Unless this changes I am happy to stay a patient at this practice

I have been coming here now for a few years. All of the dentists, hygienists and staff are professional and kind. Never had an issue, would highly recommend oak dental. Thank you to everyone who provides such a great dentist in rochford.

nice people i have been going there for years, they know all of their clients in time. arrived early for 8.15 morning appointment, seen within a few minutes, all history and checks done and new appointment booked, away home. as forgetful with the receding years, timely reminders are always sent out so you do not forget.

Reception staff and the dentist were so friendly and professional, this helps put patients at ease. The staircase, waiting rooms and clinical rooms are in need of update. Fire escape door upstairs in poor condition, did not appear to close properly. Flooring and fixtures and fittings, particularly upstairs are tired, dated and appear grubby. Staff give such a wonderful service
