My experience is very good at this practice. They are always friendly and will advise me if I need further treatment as to what my options would be. I feel comfortable and would continue to visit this practice if have any future problems.

I was a bit disappointed on my recent visit that after doing the normal, thorough, competent check up and recording the condition of my teeth the dentist did not offer to give them a “basic” clean, that has, on previous, visits been done. Instead I was told that was for the hygienist. I have used the hygienist before but to do so is a separate appointment and cost. Given that I was only “ in the chair” on my check up visit for maybe 5 and no more than 10 mins I felt a bit of a clean would have been beneficial and made me feel my part of the fee - £23.80 - gave a bit more “ value for money and time” in attending that appointment.

I needed an emergency appointment and when I contacted the practice they promptly responded to my request and booked me an appointment for the same day. Their staff are great and will go the extra mile for you. They very professional and provide an impeccable service.

No one wants a tooth removed but this practitioner and centre made it completely hassle free and pain free. Everyone was kind and polite. Only waited one week for the appointment. Given local anaesthetic for pain. No need to be put out. The dentist was polite and calm and very knowledgeable. He was great at getting the tooth out quickly and pain free. My private dentist experience was awful! This one was way better. I couldn’t believe how easy it all was. After care was explained and given in writing. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Definitely recommend. Thank you NHS. I’m very grateful. You make such a difference.

Having been referred by my usual dentist to Oak Dental for surgery I was contact by friendly staff for all stages of my upcoming appointment. On my arrival I was immediately acknowledged and directed to the first floor. I was quickly seen and details and reasons explained. Tooth extracted. After care details given clearly. Prompt and efficient service. My make further inquiries in the future!

Wow our dentist at Oak Dentist is 'amazing we would never use another dentist. He is kind, professional and makes you feel at ease. He let's you know exactly what treatment you need and explains fully before treating you. I have two sons age 7 and 8 who hated the dentist and refused to now look forward to the dentist as he is so fantastic and reassuring with the children. He does not rush the kids and let's them hold the equipment or look at them first. He is not like other dentists who choose the priciest treatments. He actually cares for his patients and tries to treat them the best he can! He always fits my children in and listens to our concerns. Always ends the appointment with some help and advice. Our dentist is professional in all areas and also makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. We are so lucky to have such a wonderful wonderful dental practice and the best dentist for our family. I would highly recommend to everyone! Including those who are anxious or have a fear of the dentist. If you want a professional service and the best care for your teeth then I recommend!
