I had 2 emergency appointments and both dentists i saw were absolutely amazing and the other staff receptionist and dental nurses were fabulous too as I am a nervous person. Brilliant practice.

Upon arrival I was seen pretty much immediately. The Doctor was very informative and carried out my procedure very quickly and painlessly

Been for a tooth extraction today due to suffering with toothache for a short while finally had the courage to get an emergency appointment managed to get in the same day really nice reception staff didn't feel a thing other than the slight scratch from the anaesthetic thanks oaksmere

I came in for an emergency appointment on Saturday morning, they managed to squeeze me in last minute. Even though they had other patients booked in, they still saw me, which I am very grateful for. The dentist was amazing - he did an extraction and I didn't feel a single bit of pain. He talked me through all the details of the extraction and why I needed it etc. and gave me the choice of other treatments that may work and what would be the most effective option. The trainee nurse was also amazing. She assisted the dentist really well and ensured I was ok throughout the whole appointment. They both catered to every single one of my needs - and for that, I couldn't be more grateful! I would recommend this practice to anyone needing a dentist - or even emergency treatment, if they have space or time available, they will find a way to squeeze you in. They really care for their patients needs, which is rare to see these days. Thank you both for all of your help, I really appreciate it!

Just had an emergency extraction, from start to finish they were excellent. They got me in at short notice, assessed my tooth and extracted the same day. I developed a slight infection a couple of days later and they were able to squeeze me in within the hour and arrange a prescription. The best dental experience I have had. Thank you Oaksmere.

I came to this practice as an emergency patient (I was on the waiting list to begin with). I tried phoning 111 to get to an emergency dentist but unfortunately they didn't have any appointments to offer. I phoned Oaksmere with the hopes that they could get me in an emergency slot. And they did! The ladies on reception were lovely and seemed very professional. They put me at ease very quickly (I am quite a nervous person) and made me feel welcome. The lady dentist was amazing. The nurse was just as good. Everybody I came across were lovely, always greeting you with a smile :) The lady dentist got me out of pain, which I am extremely thankful for Would 110% recommend this practice to anyone - especially to those who have a fear of the dentist!

Huge credit to this female dentist managed to save my sons tooth, very professional and did an outstanding job with the root canal. Very happy with the outcome!

Came in for my 6 monthly check. Lady Dentist and nurse were both very welcoming and really friendly. Would definitely recommend. Very happy

I am a new patient at this practice and i must say i have never been so impressed by a dentist in my life! I'm a nervous patient so i was really worried going into my appointment but every single staff member made sure i felt as comfortable as possible during my visit. The dentist and nurses were really professional, i am really impressed. Has a lovely homely feeling, really felt like i was part of the family when i came. Thank you Oaksmere for seeing me - i will definitely be recommending this practice to my friends and family.

I'm absolutely terrified of dentists, have been since I was a child. As a nearly 50 year old man, you'd think I'd have learned to get better with them, but nope still fills me with anxiety and dread. The dentist and staff are absolutely superb, they explain everything carefully and are absolutely wonderful, I had to have 1/2 of my teeth removed and the dentist was lovely throughout it, stopping frequently, making sure I was doing ok, very calming, and very patient. The best dentist I have ever visited hands down. Thankyou so much!
