I arrived to my appointment an hour early due to the email coming through my phone choosing it was one time which is what I had gone off. I arrived at the dentist and the lady behind the desk said you’re early your appointment isn’t until 1040 so I was confused and showed her my email and she very politely pointed out my error I had my four month old baby with me and I could t possibly wait or make the journey again so I requested to cancel the app at this point the lady had said she would go to see if my dentist could possibly see me and for this I was very grateful, I was able to be seen due to a cancellation thankfully and my appointment went ahead. Always so polite when I go in and cannot fault this dentist.

The staff was amazing so friendly and welcoming and out right at ease as I am very anxious when it comes to the dentist but they talked me through the whole procedure & kept all tools and equipment hidden at all times to help me. Couldn’t recommend these enough. Would Definately be going back next time I require assistance!
