Very good hygenist - very gentle. Shame the dentist still can’t make it in on time, 15 mins late again for the first appt of the day.

I went into the practice to register as a patient and I was lucky enough to receive a check up straight after. The dentist was amazing! She was so gentle, thorough and informative. So impressed with the service. Thank you!

The dentist who was doing my teeth was very nice and always making sure I was okay and letting me know what she was going to do next which was very nice. She was very calm with me and understood that I was scared about the needles and drill that was happening in my appointment today.

Dentist always late its not acceptable that we have to wait. He needs to leave his house earlier if its an issue getting on or simply make his first appointment from 10.30 becase its annoying and no weekend appointment so not fair on customers that have to take time out of work to just sit therr waiting with no apology

First of all reception staff very kind polite and well-organised appointment with patients and doctor and also clinic very clean and tidy and very important doctor was very clever intelligent.

My dentist was very quick and thorough and lovely to talk to. Very pleased with the service. They will always try to fit you in as quickly as possible too

The care and attention with the dentist due to my disability and anxiety. She was calm and patient and clearly spoke with me prior intervention.

I always have to wait 10minutes after the apt time to be seen. I was told it's because they have to clean the room between apts. I'm paying £65 for an apt., I expect to have the full time slot spent on me. Why can't they factor in the cleaning time and give a time which means I'll be seen on time? Or explain that it'll always be 10 mins late, so people who arrive 10 mins before apt aren't waiting for 20 minutes?
