The staff are always friendly and helpful going above and beyond. This time I visited they allowed me to feed my young son in the waiting room before my appointment which I really appreciated as I drive 45mins to get to them now that I have moved house. The dentist was early calling me in which was great and she explained to me what she needed to do on this visit. Highly recommend Orchard House, always!

I was seen at very short notice for a temporary filling. The receptionist was very helpful in fitting me in so quickly.

Went for my dental check up. As usual excellent service by my dentist, who always explains what she is doing and how to look after your teeth and gums. Reception staff and dental assistants are very friendly. My appointed today with a dentist at this practice was excellent.

I broke my tooth and was in a lot of pain and discomfort, they managed to squeeze me in and sort out my tooth. Very friendly staff, very professional and efficient. Thank you for putting me out of my misery lol

This dentist is very good, the staff are very friendly and professional. My only issue is that whenever I have an appointment I am always on time, probably a bit early and yet it is very rare that I actually get seen at my appointment time. It can be very annoying as if I was late, I would probably not be seen and have to make another appointment, but when they are late nothing is said.

Yesterday, I went for my check up and as always, the practice was well organised, clean and the staff were helpful. All the dentists I've seen there with my children and for myself over the last 15 years have been kind, careful and just excellent all round.

The dentist was very informative whilst examining my teeth. She chatted about what she was doing and gave me lots of confidence that she was very capable and efficient. She was really friendly and professional.
