Both my husband and I went for our routine check up today. As usual a lovely warm welcome from the reception staff member, our dentist and the dental nurse. The dental tratment is excellent.

My appointment was not too late in starting, and the appointment dealt with two things very efficiently. The dentist tells me at each stage what she is doing so I know what stage we are at. She is very efficient and knowledgeable and tries to get to the bottom of the problem. I find that it is hard to get an appointment quickly at times and the prices are high. I find that the new appointment charge is very disengenuous and adds extra costs to the appointment when it is an appointment between check ups, so look out for that

The dentist was a pleasure to meet. Very friendly and welcoming and totally professional. She explained everything very clearly, gave excellent advice and fixed my issue very quickly.

My visit was very good today. My Dentist is so lovely and put you at ease and explains what she is doing as she goes along. Her young assistant is very nice and caring too.

I was able to get an appointment to repair my broken tooth within a short timescale. The dentist was friendly and very professional. The reception staff and dental nurse were friendly and efficient.

The staff are always friendly and helpful going above and beyond. This time I visited they allowed me to feed my young son in the waiting room before my appointment which I really appreciated as I drive 45mins to get to them now that I have moved house. The dentist was early calling me in which was great and she explained to me what she needed to do on this visit. Highly recommend Orchard House, always!

Went for my dental check up. As usual excellent service by my dentist, who always explains what she is doing and how to look after your teeth and gums. Reception staff and dental assistants are very friendly. My appointed today with a dentist at this practice was excellent.
