The dentist keep cancelling my appointments and I have been unable to register my son who will be 2 soon. I try to call and it’s engaged constantly. I feel like they are only doing private patients which is unacceptable

This practice is like joke with their appointments. Since last year my and my children's appointments has been cancelled already three times. One was cancelled at the door, other at last minute. If they rebook then I need to wait another 3-4 months for the next one and then nearly one year pass and I still didn't see my dentist. Very unprofessional approach to patients. Unhappy
