We have had a very positive experience here but with multiple appointments with different staff, who are polite and friendly but have never introduced themselves and do not wear any ID. I've no idea whether we've seen an orthodontist, nurse, assistant etc. #hellomynameis

Visit was for my daughter who is 12. The Orthodontist did not introduce themselves. He left the door open while examining my daughter. Verbally expressed concern over what he found, which immediately generated anxiety for me and her. The findings from her scan were discussed in a public room with her scans visible on a large screen. Advice felt off-hand and rushed. Generally, the sense was we were just another patient to be processed.

Staff chatting to one and other about inane and personal issues. No interactions with my child, not putting the patient at ease in any way. Whilst annoyingly playing local radio via her mobile phone. Makes one feel like a part on a conveyor belt. Poor standards really.
