I arrived to find out that I was a day early, the receptionist was very helpful. I asked if there was any chance that I could be seen today and she messaged the dentist, he was busy so she went into the surgery to ask him. It was a yes so I was seen and had a filling as well. Both ladies on receptions and the dentist and his nurse in my eyes were excellent to me. I

How informative and friendly the dentist is. How the dentist and assistant are really good with my toddler- putting her at ease and giving her a sticker. Thank you!

It seemed very money driven -suggesting I have this treatment and that treatment. The last dentist I saw at the practice (3 months earlier) was delighted with my teeth and gums. It sounded as if this dentist was reading from a script.

The first hygienist I saw at your practice was lovely and very gentle. She had the mirror infront of you, gentle brushing and cleaning, everything was lovely. Today it was awful. It was so painful and my teeth are so sore, gums are sore and I'm even developing ulcers. The dentist said it should never be painful and it was. I can barely eat anything, i wont be booking this again here
