They’re a very helpful and friendly team, from reception through to clinic staff. The dentist put my young children at ease and talked to them about how to look after their teeth on their level.

20 minute wait for scheduled appointment. Receptionist unable to calculate and give correct change when paying by cash. Chairs with arms in waiting area too low for less able or elderly patients. Checkup lasted two minutes, clearly keen to catch-up their time.

I was seen on time, the dentist was kind, polite and competent - I felt in safe hands. I’ve been at this dentist for 12 years and have experienced great treatment every time, though rarely seem to see the same dentist twice.

After waiting for half an hour i was told the receptionist had made a mistake and forgot to tell the dentist ithat i wanted new dentures so it was a total waste of my time

Friendly and helpful receptionist. I had severe toothache with no appointment and they couldn’t have helped anymore than they did. A dentist saw me inbetween patients and I was prescribed antibiotics and a follow up plan. Very nice dentist ans staff.
