I really cannot fault this practice . The receptionists are really friendly and go out of their way to help. My dentist and hygienist have been amazing and i am very comfortable coming to this practice even though i am vey nervous. Well done to you all

Very personable and friendly. Informative (explains what they’re doing and why). Not patronising or judgemental about oral hygiene and doesn’t push products/services. Gives options and recommendations allowing the individual to make an informed decision.

I arrived on time and did not have to wait. I do have one critism is that there were staff sitting around in the reception area, who could be seeing patients.

Very helpful staff, called into the practice on the off chance, not expecting anything to happen. Was given an appointment for a few hours time, saw the dentist, have an appointment to have things fixed on Monday. very happy

Lovely welcoming and happy receptionist. Seen quite quickly. Treatment and problem areas outlined and discussed. Cleaning advise given and demonstrated. Very thorough.

Despite the difficulty in making contact by phone, every other aspect of the service is excellent. Always seen promptly, staff are caring and courteous and provide information so I can make informed choices on my care.

Clean environment, sufficient friendly efficient reception staff. My appointment was on time no lengthy wait. Nice to see the same dentist again. In the past there seemed to have been a high turnover of dentists leaving once fully trained. Being treated as an intelligent patient and having my views on treatment proffered listened to and discussed is great. A previous appointment a few years ago left me feeling I was a nuisance having an opinion on what happened to my own body, such arrogance on his part. Appears change of ownership is all positive, good before but better now in my opinion.
