Parkway Dental Care has always projected an air of warmth and efficiency. Both Reception Staff and Clinical Staff always greet you with a smile

I was seen on time and dentist carried out a thorough review. X-ray also taken. Dentist and nurse assistant were very welcoming and reassuring.

Not a nice appointment in my diary but as usual dealt with very well by Parkway Dental. Nice welcome at reception and my dentist was working to time so just a brief wait. Tooth did not want to part company but it was very well dealt with by the really good team. I was well numbed so not painful at all and everything was well explained and calmly dealt with. Very grateful I am lucky enough to have such a good dentist. Many thanks.

I was greeted by 3 cheerful smiling faces at reception, we chatted and she asked me to sit and wait. I went in to the treatment room fairly quickly which was lovely and cool, it was hot outside, I was greeted by 2 smiling faces and while I put my belongings in the box provided we chatted, then I sat in the chair while the dentist told me what he was going to do. Which was what we agreed last time. All over with in a few minutes, he asked me to move and after each time I moved he asked me if I was ok. All happy and one tooth less I left.

I was really happy with the dentist, she explained everything clearly to me and i felt really comfortable. Also, the receptionist was very helpful and understanding.

Grateful to have a dental practice that cares for me as an NHS user. Especially grateful for the patience they had when I couldn’t use their services for a lengthy period of months due to health issues and kept me on their patients list. Thank you Parkway.

Did not take the easy option and just pull the tooth saved it with some thought and work and it is now crowned - it is a test but see if it lasts
