Very good, thorough and friendly service. Not sure I expect a conversation about alcohol consumption with the Hygenist or dentist. Leave that for my GP.

My scheduled appointment in July was cancelled by Parkway, they fitted this one in its place, possibly because I had a broken, but pain free filling. Seen on time and discussed filling necessity with dentist, mutually agreed to wait & see until next visit. He also suggested a "lump" on the back of my head should be checked over by my GP, I have been postponing this due to Covid etc. Very pleased to report that it's not just about teeth

This really has to be one of the best dentists around. Dentist and all staff are really lovely and the dentist explains everything to you. Appointments are always on time at a time to suit you with two evening evenings where it is open late. The dentist is very easy to talk to and are very good with nervous patients. I feel very lucky to be able to go to Parkway dental care and confident with advice I am given.

The dentist was friendly and re-assuring, carrying out the inspection with the minimum of fuss. She discussed with me the treatment which would be necessary and we agreed on a suitable plan of action.

It was difficult to obtain an emergency appointment having to call each morning at 8am and hope for an appointment. I appreciate this is not the fault of the company but the wider industry. Once seen however the staff were courteous and the dentist knowledgable.

Reception staff were very friendly. The Hygienist was very reassuring and kind in her manner of advising me how best to address my diagnosis. She continually checked that I was ok during my teeth clean and did not cause me any pain. She provided me with clear guidance and was not judgmental at all.

Always happy with my check ups but found today I was in and out so quickly. Didn't feel my teeth were checked as thoroughly as previously.
