All staff were brilliant, very knowledgeable and spoke about what they were doing. Always happy to answer questions.

Nice practice with a friendly team, my appointment was on time, clear instructions given. Pleasant atmosphere, easy to fund, just not much parking but cam park on Vernon street, cheap pay and display cash only.

Hi, Thanks for your kind comments. Yes the parking at the practice has been tricky recently due to the major building works on the complex and all the trades and their vehicles. I'm glad you found the parking on Vernon Gate next door, it is quite reasonably priced. Hopefully parking will be easier for next time, after the works are completed this year. I had braces here and my results were amazing, incredible and helpful staff everything was explained to me very well from the start to what I needed to have my braces put on, my treatment and care after I had them taken off definitely would recommend

Pretty nice all around. It's just a bit long for the patient's queue but other than that. Very nice.

Hi, Thanks for the review. We do try to be and do the best; within the NHS system we have. Our NHS wait times are genuine and not inflated and at the present time (June 2023) under one year for a routine New Patient assessment and then 6-9 months for treatment start if ready. My experience was very good from start to finish. I saw the same person every appointment I had. They were very honest from the start of my treatment and talked me through all my treatment step by step they were amazing and help me get the smile I wanted thank you
