Parking quite tight. Difficult to find practice. Ran to time. Initial assessment was performed. Dentist quite abrupt, dental nurse good with patient. Need to wait at least another year for the proper assessment.

Thanks for your accurate review. Yes, the Practice is a little tricky to find first time. Its why in the letter we send, we suggest you use the street address and not the postcode in Sat Nav. The tunnel is tight and still makes me nervous after 20 years. As you've mentioned, it is an initial assessment and sometimes not much to explain and probably too early to discuss any particular details about possible treatment. Nice and clean and welcoming, staff are lovely and professional, made us feel at ease and went through everything with us about the whole treatment plan.

First visit to the orthodontist after waiting for a while. The surgery is clean and spacious with nice friendly staff. All details thoroughly explained on next actions

Ive always believed in being open and honest with all my patients, including children as Ive found that clearing up any questions or doubts and issues makes for a better journey in the long run. Surprisingly some parents don’t like the fact that we talk directly to their children. I accept it doesn’t work for all parents but Im glad that you liked our approach. Many Thanks Raj and the team.

Amazing staff and made me feel very at ease and done an amazing job to my teeth. Always got me an appointment around school hours. Always made me happy in the chair. The overall time was quicker than we had said.
