The dentist and her team looked after my elderly father very well for an extraction. Very reassuring to have them look after him so well - also good aftercare .

Helpful, and efficient reception and excellent dental work with a pleasant, caring manner. I would recommend their service to the needy.

Felt very at ease with a tooth extraction. Lovely dentist. Would definitely recommend . Very quick to give an appointment.

Went in for a hygienist appointment kept me waiting even though I arrived onetime. The cleaning process started, for the top teeth, then got informed I needed to book another session for the bottom sets. Got sent off the hygienist chair even before 30mins was up.

I have been with this practice for >30 years and always had brilliant service. But for this check-up, most of the staff were >15mins late, as claimed due to accident on a34 (no accident was reported for that day). My dentist had left, I wasn't informed, instead added to another's list, but they didn't use that list so despite asking at reception various times I had to wait for an hour before being seen for the first appointment of the day. My referral to the hospital for an x-ray was completed by the dentist incorrectly and needed re-requesting, this took me 2 trips to the JR and an extra trip to the dentist for one x-ray. And they didn't even examine me as they promised to let me know what the x-rays showed. So still waiting for confirmation on my x-rays. I also asked for my referral to the dental hygienist to be renewed as now over 2 years old which still hasn't happened. Every time I phone, they tell me they will have to ask the dentist and get back to me.

Have been a patient at this practice for my entire life with nothing but positive experiences. Recently there has been a complete overhaul of staff with very few familiar faces left. The friendly and welcoming atmosphere is no more and the care and compassion appears to have left along with the departure of staff. My previous dentist has left and nowadays you are made to feel like number, in and out as quick as possible without an ounce of personability. I have also noticed a sudden and unexplained increase in the number of treatments required. Worth noting, not at my request but may be a coincidence.

Wow, completely changed since I last went 6 months ago. No familiar face, different dentist to what I usually. have and felt very rushed to make decisions for minor treatments, which have now cost me a lot. Been going to that practice since it opened and it definitely needs improving.
